The processing and protection of your personal data is one of our top priorities. In order to fulfill our clarification obligation under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), we bring the following information to your attention.

Your Processed Personal Data

  • Identity and Contact Information: Name, surname, age, gender, TR ID/Tax No, e-mail address, phone number, delivery, and billing addresses.

  • Transaction and Usage Data: Shopping details, payment methods (card information excluding confidential data like passwords), interests, survey/campaign participations, call center voice recordings, complaint, and request contents.

  • Digital Traces: IP address, cookies, device model, location data, and social media profile information.

Method of Collection and Purposes of Processing Your data is collected automatically or non-automatically via our digital platforms, stores, call centers, and physical forms. The purposes of processing are:

  • Fulfilling our legal obligations (invoicing, consumer rights protection, etc.).

  • The establishment and performance of contracts.

  • Improving the customer experience and personalizing products and services.

  • Carrying out marketing, campaign notifications, and advertising activities, provided that you have given your explicit consent.

 

Transfer of Personal Data Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, group companies, and legally authorized public institutions in line with the processing purposes, provided that the legal maximum storage periods are not exceeded.

Your Rights Under the KVKK Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law; you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to know whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to request its correction if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed, to request its deletion, and to object if automated systems yield a result against you.
